Chico’s, the Lee County-based women’s retail clothing company, has seen increased demand among its digital channels over the past six weeks, including increased traffic on sales on its websites.

Chico’s announced Monday its brick-and-mortar locations will begin reopening phases Monday, May 4.

Three phases for reopening its boutiques

1. Fulfillment of national orders through stores using store inventories

2. Buy online-pick up in stores, including contactless curbside pickup

3. The introduction of a new shop by appointment service for all brands

This new Chico’s business plan is for 2020 and moving forward. The company says it’s significantly reduced its weekly cash burn.
