Funeral held for Kayla Rincon-Miller, teen killed in Cape CoralBigger bottles of wine hitting the shelves after DeSantis signs new bill
Since Wednesday is Earth Day, today’s Lindsey lesson highlights getting outdoors. Cape Coral Parks and Recreation launched a new “activities at home guide.” They have several categories: Arts, fitness, nature, puzzles and games. Wednesday’s fitness example is called Walking Wednesday. You can go out on one of the reopened trails or take a walk in your neighborhood and see how many items you can find on a bingo card that you can print out. When it’s brutally hot outside, grab those empty toilet paper rolls from all the toilet paper your house has been using and make an owl – like the burrowing owls you see all over the Cape. For more information and to get started on the fun activities, visit the Cape Coral Park Activities and Home Guide here.
