Lindsey’s Lesson: Kindness 101

Today’s Lindsey’s lesson is about kindness, something we could all work on.

And CBS has a resident kind reporter. Steve Hartman is an amazing storyteller—and now he’s launched a virtual class called “Kindness 101.”

Each day, he talks about a different aspect. For example, one video talks about empathy.

He shows stories he’s produced that demonstrate empathy and then talks about what it is to be empathetic.

And his adorable little daughter joins him.

It was supposed to last one week but they were so popular—they’re back starting Monday.

If you look at his CBS webpage you will see he posts one 30-minute video every Monday at 9 a.m.

This week’s topic is courage.
