A 33-year-old woman died in a crash early Thursday morning after her car veered off the roadway and collided with a traffic light pole. According to Florida Highway Patrol, Christine Kingma was traveling west on Vanderbilt Beach Road and Hammock Oak Drive when her car traveled off the roadway to the right shoulder. The front of her car collided against a traffic light pole, causing it to catch on fire. Kingma was pronounced deceased at the scene.
