Lindsey’s Lesson: Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium

Day by day we’re trying to get through this pandemic and for many of you, it means teaching your little ones from home.

WINK News is giving you daily tips and tricks to help you keep them learning from home.

In Wednesday’s Lindsey lesson she shows you about Mote Marine, which offers educational learning of aquatic life.

Mote Marine offers different live stream events every day. On Wednesday you can watch crews feed bull sharks.

Thursday is a re”Mote” happy hour. They encourage you to grab a drink and watch the exhibit they feature. Last week it was manatees.

Fridays you get to see skeletons of extinct Cretaceous predators. Mondays they show you at-home experiments. This week was simulating an oil spill.

Tuesdays, Cecil the terrapin takes you on a tour of the aquarium.
