Lee Health’s Lee Health Solutions is partnering with several local community agencies funded partially by a grant from the Southwest Florida Community Foundation to offer the “It’s All About You” program.

It’s a research-based chronic disease self-management program originally developed at Stanford University’s Patient Education Research Center.

The program is designed for those over 18 with chronic health conditions and helps to teach them ways to better manage those conditions and accompanying symptoms.

The workshop is free and will be held for two and a half hours once a week for six weeks starting in January.

Workshops will be offered on the following dates:

  • Tuesdays beginning Jan. 7 from 9-11:30 a.m. at The Preserve, 1475- Hope Center Loop, Fort Myers.
  • Wednesdays beginning Jan. 8 from 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. at Cypress Cove-Edison Hall, 10200 Cypress Cove Drive, Fort Myers.
