Credit: WINK News. Sculptors from all over the world are showing off their talents in the 33rd annual American Sand Sculpting Championship. Hosted by the Wyndham Garden Hotel, the event includes over 40 plus sculptures, food, children’s activities and live entertainment. The competition beings Friday, Nov. 22 and runs through Dec. 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, 6 p.m on the final day. New this year is a once in a lifetime opportunity to view these beautiful works of art illuminated under the night sky with “Sand Under the Stars.” For one night only we will open the gates to the public from 6-9 p.m. on the last Saturday of the event, and showcase a more “colorful” perspective of the sculptures.
