SWFL Veterans Day 2019 offers and discounts for vets and active duty military

Participating locations may vary. Deals require a proper Military ID. All deals are Monday, November 11 unless otherwise noted.

Things to do and services:

Downtowner Car Wash: Veterans and service members receive a free basic car wash.

Edison and Ford Winter Estates: Free admission to veterans and one guest.

Island Sailing Naples: The annual free Veterans Day Sail will be Sunday, November 10, from 11  a.m. – 3 p.m. Please call/email to reserve your spot at (239)398-1483 islandsailingnaples@gmail.com. Lunch included.

Naples Botanical Garden: Servicemen and women, military personnel (active or retired) will receive free admission.

Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens: Free admission to veterans and active military service members Saturday, November 9, Sunday, November 10, and Veterans Day Monday, November 11. Adult and child guests in their party will receive $2 off regular Zoo admission during this time.

Shell Factory & Nature Park: Free entry for veterans to the nature park 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sponge Spa Car Wash: Veterans and service members will receive a free $20.00 car wash. This offer will be available at both of locations.

U.S. National Park Service: Free admission for veterans at Big Cypress National Preserve as well as at Everglades National Park

Retail:

Amazon Prime: Now until Veterans Day, veterans and military can purchase a year of Amazon Prime for $40 off.

BJ’s Wholesale: All military personnel will receive 25% off a membership plus a $10 coupon.

Kohls: Now through Monday, November 11, Kohl’s is doubling its regular military discount and giving veterans, active-duty members, and their families 30% off in stores nationwide.

Home Depot: 10% discount to all active-duty personnel, as well as veterans, on select national holidays, including Veterans Day. The discount is available storewide and is only applied up to purchases of $500.

Lowe’s: 10% off eligible purchases every day to active military personnel and veterans.

Restaurants and Grocery:

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar: Free meal off a select menu.

BackStreets Sports Bar: Free 12 inch cheese pizza, a free drink (915 SE 47th Terrace, Cape Coral)

California Pizza Kitchen: Veterans and active-duty military personnel will be able to select a free entree from a special menu including pizza, salads and pasta.

Chili’s Grill & Bar: Veterans and active-duty military personnel can choose a complimentary meal from a select menu.

Chipotle Mexican Grill: Active duty military, reserves, national guard, military spouses and retired military can get a buy one get one free (BOGO) burrito, bowl, salad or taco on Veterans Day from open to close.

Denny’s: Complimentary Build Your Own Grand Slam from 5 a.m. to noon.

Dunkin’: Veterans and active-duty military can enjoy a free donut, no purchase necessary.

Hooters: All veterans and current servicemen and women will receive a free meal from a select menu at participating locations Monday.

Krispy Kreme: Free doughnut and coffee.

Love Boat Ice Cream:  Free small cup or cone with ID. *50% off every day for veterans, excludes bulk items.

Lucky’s Market: Veterans receive 20% off.

LuLu B’s Grill & Cafe: 20% off for veterans.

Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt: Free 6-ounce frozen yogurt.

Mission BBQ: Free sandwiches and cake for all veterans and active-duty military personnel 11 am – 8 pm.

Outback Steakhouse: Now until Monday, Outback is doubling their heroes discount to 20% to servicemen and women, police officers, firefighters, and first responders with valid ID, plus military personnel and their immediate family members.

Publix: Veterans, active-duty military and their families can save on groceries at Publix on Monday.

Red Robin: Veterans and Active Duty Military get a free dine-in Red’s Tavern Double Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries.

Snappy Car Cash: Free car wash

Sonny’s BBQ: Veterans and active-duty military will receive a free Pulled or Sliced Pork Big Deal combo; dine-in only.

Target: Veterans and active-duty military will receive 10 percent off at stores

The Standard: Veterans and law enforcement receive 10 percent off every day (1520 Broadway, Fort Myers)

Starbucks: All veterans and active-duty military personnel, and their family will receive a free cup of brewed coffee at participating Starbucks stores.

TCBY: First 6oz is free for veterans and active military.

Texas Roadhouse: Veterans and active-duty military receive a free lunch from 11 am to 4 pm. Choose from a 10 entree menu, drink included.

Tijuana Flats: Half price entrees for all veterans.

Twin Peaks: Veterans, active-duty military and reservists can eat for free from a select menu.

Winn-Dixie: Veterans and active military receive 11 percent off on all qualifying grocery purchases.

Wendy’s: Veterans and first-responders receive a free Dave’s Single Small Combo.
