Arrest made in connection to shooting at Lago Del Sol apartments

An arrest has been made in connection with the shooting investigation that took place overnight at a south Fort Myers apartment complex.

The crime scene is at the Lago Del Sol apartment off of Gladioulous and McGregor where deputies have been for more than 8 hours.

The man deputies arrested, Bacillio Zolo, 41, lives on the bottom floor of the apartments, and according to the arrest report, he is being charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.

Inside the stairwell of the condos we have seen investigators gathering evidence. Multiple crews were at the scene, but the only area of the condos blocked off at this time is the middle entrance of the building.
