Billy Joel special will air again after the abrupt cut-off on CBSWoman charged with first-degree murder for selling fentanyl to OD victim in Collier County
Sarah Nicholson (Photo via Facebook) It has been two years since the murder of a Bonita Springs woman. The father says the case is a “nightmare” and deputies need your help to solve it. For a dad to see a burned-out building, knowing his daughter was murdered inside is agonizing. “Stabs wounds, a hammer to the head,” he said. “Stuff that a father just doesn’t want to see.” Two years later, it is what Sarah Nicholson’s family has not seen that is agonizing – the arrest of the killer. “There will definitely be justice for my daughter,” the victim’s mother said. “There will be. On earth and in the afterlife and I pity them.” But the victim’s dad told WINK News last year he knows who should be behind bars. “She was afraid of this guy,” he said. “Before she got home, she was getting threatening text messages.” One man, Cristian Dilan, has already been arrested. But court documents list two other men involved in Nicholson’s death, but neither has been charged with murder. SWFL Crime Stoppers told us the case has not gone cold yet. But none of the tips have proved to be enough to make an arrest. However, the law enforcement agency remains confident it will solve the case with your help. “We are absolutely certain there are people in the community that know exactly what happened to Sarah,” said Trish Routte, of SWFL Crime Stoppers. “The reasons behind it. The people who were involved.”
