A man from North Fort Myers was sentenced to life in prison plus 30 years after being found guilty of fatally wounding a child. Damien Palmer, 24, was found guilty of Second-Degree Murder and Aggravated Child Abuse of 2-year-old Chevy Catalano Thursday, in February. Today the judge sentenced him to life in prison plus 30 years behind bars.
