St. James City neighbors upset about abandoned, rotting boats

Many neighbors are upset rotting boats are still empty near Saint James City on Pine Island. And fishermen are worried someone is going to get hurt with them there.

People who live here and love their waterway have passed the sinking boats for months, and they’re wondering why they have been allowed to decay in their backyards.
