Rob Gorta says on the YouTube video he’s a Tampa/ St.Petersburg fishing guide for over 22 years. “I commit 2 months out of the year only to Tarpon fishing. I have been able to capture some crazy shark attacks over the years,” it reads. Florida law prohibits lifting Tarpon out of the water so he said he had no choice but to release it. “There is also no way to lift a 180 lb. fish in to a 22 ft.
