New bill would allow concealed carry on Florida college campuses
With the start of a new school year, there is a renewed push to allow guns on college campuses.
A state representative from Central Florida is reintroducing a bill to allow concealed carry on campus. The Republican lawmaker argues in light of recent mass shootings, it would enable permit-holders to defend themselves. The Senate did not take up the proposal last year.
