Cape Coral police chief talks to WINK News about keeping kids safe this school year

Students return to the classroom next week and with the recent mass shooting families are rightfully concerned about the safety of their kids as they head out in the mornings.

Cape Coral Police Chief David Newlan was in the WINK News station to discuss what he is doing to ensure safety for students and staff this new school year.
