Site of the crash Sunday afternoon. (Credit: Teresa Zepcevski) A crash in Fort Myers caused a truck to catch fire Sunday afternoon. The crash, at A & W Road and McGregor Boulevard in south Fort Myers, happened around 2 p.m. One of the vehicles involved in the crash ignited, leaving a blaze of smoke billowing out of its window. There was a roadblock in place on McGregor Blvd., according to Florida Highway Patrol for at least an hour. It’s currently unknown if there are any injuries.
