Raymond Sandelli. Photo Credit: CRE Consultants. Lee County has filled the empty county commission seat by appointing Raymond Sandelli from Bonita Springs. Mr. Sandelli completed 8 years of military service as a Naval Officer and Aviator after finishing first in his class in the Aviation Officer Candidate Program. He also flew with the Navy’s Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels. Currently, Sandelli is a managing partner at CRE Consultants, which advises clients on healthcare, office, retail, industrial, land and property management. He began his brokerage career with CBRE, Inc. as an office easing specialist in Seattle, Washington. In 1995, he became the senior managing director of the CBRE Tampa office and in 2000, assumed responsibility for the entire Florida region. Sandelli earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey.
