Credit: Google Maps via WINK News. One person died in a motorcycle crash in Port Charlotte on Friday afternoon. According to Florida Highway Patrol, Matthew Dale Huffman, 56, was driving on S.R. 776 approaching Tea street when his motorcycle struck a concrete median causing Huffman to be thrown off of his bike. Huffman died from his injures at the scene of the crash.
