First look at how a new reservoir is being built, operates

Construction for a new reservoir is well on its way. It is meant to keep water flowing to our rivers during the dry season and off put some of the discharges from Lake Okeechobee. But some are concerned the reservoir itself will become a mini version of the lake.

Reporter Morgan Rynor got a fresh look at it Wednesday in Labelle.
