2 accused of letting minors have access to drugs and alcohol

A party packed with teenagers was filled with drugs and alcohol in Collier County.

On Saturday, Collier County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sandro Pierre, 23, and Djammanael Jonassaint, 18, at a home in Naples Park for allowing underage kids to have access to drugs and alcohol.

Deputies said Pierre and Jonassaint rented a a home on Airbnb for the weekend. Deputies responded to a noise complaint, a car crash when someone at the party fled the scene, and deputies found jars of marijuana, burnt marijuana, bags of pills and alcohol at the home.

According to the arrest report, most of those who attended the party were under 18 years old.

Airbnb shared a statement with us, “Airbnb provides hosts with protection against property damage through our $1 million host guarantee, and we have reached out to the host to help them initiate a claim. The guest’s account has been suspended while we investigate this incident.”

Both Pierre and Jonassaint face charges for Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor and a Liquor Open house Party ( Adult Allowing A Minor With Alcohol and Drugs).

According to the report, both Pierre and Jonassaint bonded out of Naples Jail Center, both set at a total of $3,000 per charges. Both young men left the jail with a guardian or an authorized adult.
