If you can’t hear your name called in the first round or any round of the NFL draft for that matter, there is always undrafted free agency.

A pair of former Southwest Florida football standouts got that late call after the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft ended over the weekend.

Ryan Pulley signed with the Arizona Cardinals. The 6-foot, 200-pound corner graduated from Island Coast High School in Cape Coral in 2015 before going on to play at the University of Arkansas.

Meanwhile, former Naples Golden Eagle Michael Walker will come back to Florida. He signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Walker graduated from Naples in 2015 as well and went on to be a receiver for Boston College.

Both Walker and Pulley will have a chance to make the roster for their respective teams once training camp gets underway in a few months.
