A teen was killed in a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Colorado Avenue and S. 6th Street in Immokalee early Saturday morning. According to Florida Highway Patrol, Nelson Ordonezo, 18, was walking along the shoulder of Colorado Avenue at 2:42 a.m. A vehicle heading eastbound drove onto the grass shoulder and concrete sidewalk striking Ordonezo, propelling him on top of the vehicle, the report says. The driver then fled the scene and there is currently no vehicle description.
