Fort Myers, Fla. – If you’re looking for a personal trainer, look no further than your family dog. A new study out of the United Kingdom found adults who own a dog are four times more likely to get the recommended amount of weekly exercise compared to those without a pup. Dr. Annette St. Pierre-Mackoul discussed some of the other health benefits connected to our four-legged friends.
