Photo via NPPD According to North Port Police Department, on April 10, they executed an arrest warrant and placed Damien Chanfrante, 22, into custody surrounding the fatal traffic crash on Joewood Circle this past Saturday morning. NPPD says during the investigation, it was discovered that Damien supplied alcohol to several minors on the night of the crash in the remote part of the city. He was charged with eight counts of supplying alcohol to minors and was booked into the Sarasota County Jail.
