Deputies catch hacker extorting teenagers

A Collier County man is behind bars for hacking into teens’ Snapchat accounts.  Deputies say, Jorge Ingunza then threatened to publish their pictures if they didn’t send him nude photographs. Investigators think there are more victims out there and are asking people to come forward. WINK safety specialist Rich Kolko spoke with Corey Lazar about the complexities of the investigation, and what it takes to catch these kinds of criminals.
