Photo by WINK News. Authorities are responding to a crash with injuries blocking traffic on McGregor Boulevard in south Lee County Thursday. According to Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the crash has resulted in road closures northbound and southbound. Traffic northbound is being redirected through the Sanibel Outlets.
