MORE: Known sexual offender accused of touching girls at a pool sought on new charges Timothy Rice, 41, was initially arrested at the Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park pool in Englewood on March 22 after a parent said he squeezed her daughter’s butt and asked for a kiss. After bonding out of jail in Charlotte County, deputies in Sarasota County found there was enough evidence to arrest Rice for being a registered sexual offender at another pool in North Port. Rice turned himself in to Sarasota County authorities Tuesday and was released on bond the next day.
