Accused cop killer currently behind bars due in court to determine competency

The man accused of killing officer Adam Jobbers-Miller is due in court Tuesday to determine if he is competent to stand trial.

Mental health has been an issue with Wisner Desmaret, who is an illegal immigrant accused of killing Officer Miller back in July of 2018

At Desmaret’s 9 a.m. appearance Tuesday, a new doctor will be there to determine his competency to stand trial.
