Site of a suspicious death investigation. (Credit Google Maps) Sarasota Police Detectives are currently investigating a suspicious death involving a teenager. It is at the 1700 block of Gregg Court in Sarasota. Near 12:30 a.m., Officers responded to a shooting where the body of a teenager was found from a suspected gunshot wound, per the SPD press release. While the suspected shooter has not been arrested, Detectives are following several leads.
