Sheriff’s office wants help to identify Naples theft suspect

Collier County Sheriff’s Office wants the public’s help to identify a female suspect in a Naples theft investigation Friday.

According to the sheriff’s office Facebook page, detectives would like to speak with the suspect in connection with a theft that occurred on Feb. 8 at the Guadalupe Resale Shop on the 12000 block of Tamiami Trail N in Naples.

According to the post, the woman is seen looking at specific items including a patio set and green canoe. Shortly after, she leaves. Then, someone dressed in a hooded coat appears and loads these items into a box truck.

Anyone with information can contact the sheriff’s office at 239-252-9300.

Alternately, to remain anonymous, tipsters can be eligible for a reward when they contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-8477 (TIPS).
