Collier County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jensen, Thursday for the death of a victim in North Naples, whose identity continues to be investigated by detectives. He faces a charge of second-degree murder.

CCSO responded to a call at 3 a.m. about a body in the parking lot of the Carillon Shopping Plaza. The plaza is on the 5000 block of Airport-Pulling Road North.

People who work and shop there said the victim lived in an RV here for about a month.

“A lot of times when we go by, we see he had a little table there with a grill, so you know he was living there for a while,” said Thaddeus Bukowski, a shopper. “We thought he was working at the construction company.”
