On Friday, the US Marshall’s Service working with Fort Myers Police Department’s Gang Suppression Unit arrested Joseph Anthony Ferguson, 21, in relation to the shootings that took place on Henderson Avenue on Thursday, Jan. 31. The scene law enforcement responded to was near Franklin Park Elementary School. Three people were injured at the time of the shooting. According to Lee Memorial Hospital, one victim is confirmed in fair condition, who was originally transported to the hospital for critical injuries.
