Photo courtesy of Florida Highway Patrol. Surveillance footage showed how a car ended up inside of a restaurant in Hernando County, north of Tampa. On Tuesday, six people were injured when a car crashed through the building wall of a Beef ‘O’ Brady’s restaurant in Spring Hill. The recorded surveillance shows two diners eating when a car crashes through the restaurant building and slams into them. The WINK News feature above shares the surveillance with a warning of graphic recorded video. Florida Highway Patrol said the car hit five people in the restaurant. Only one of those people remains hospitalized. The car driver also suffered serious injuries. Witnesses said one of the victims screamed frantically for help. “Everyone pulled the car off the top of the lady,” Tyler Banaczek said. “And she was screaming like bloody murder [until] the ambulance got here and took her away.” “Witnesses also said it sounded like the driver accelerated right up into the building. FHP said the driver was trying to make a left turn when she somehow lost control, barreled right through some landscaping and bushes, sideswiped two cars and then crashed into the restaurant.
