FHP identifies victim in fatal motorcycle crash in Fort Myers

A man passed away after crashing his motorcycle, when a car pulled out in front of him on Slater Road in Fort Myers.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, Raymond Lee Wildman, 51, was driving south on Slater Road approaching the intersection of Rich Road.

Wildman turned left on to Rich Road and drove directly into the path of Travis Lee Henry, 27, who was driving his motorcycle northbound.

The motorcycle collided with the left side of the vehicle and ejected Henry into a ditch. He passed away from his injuries.

The investigation into the fatal crash is ongoing.
