Cape Coral Police were on scene of a traffic crash at the intersection of Santa Barbara Boulevard and Veterans Memorial Parkway Saturday morning. Westbound traffic on Veterans was blocked for about an hour, and southbound traffic on Santa Barbara was rerouted, police said.
