Police need help identifying a man who broke into a Cape Coral home last week.

December 5, police responded to a residential burglar alarm that went off around 1:33 p.m. on SE 14th Court.

The officer who responded found the front door forced open and property taken from the house. Police say the suspect had already left the scene.

Nearby neighbors’ surveillance video shows the suspect and his vehicle (2002-2003 white Nissan Altima) backing out of the victim’s driveway and speeding north on SE 14th Court.
