Prosecutors showed more social media and rap videos featuring the defendant and other accused gang members. The judge also addressed a mistake made by prosecutors on Monday. Prosecutors had questioned a detective about a cocaine case, but it was the wrong Tommy Williams. “I’m going to allow the state to strike those exhibits. They will not go back with the jury. We’ll need an instruction stating that the state has withdrawn those due to identity issues.” The defense has the opportunity to call witnesses Friday. It is unclear if Williams will testify.
