Law enforcement vehicle involved in Cape Coral crash

A law enforcement vehicle was involved in a crash Tuesday afternoon on SE 9th Avenue, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash happened around 2:06 p.m. on the 1000 block of SE 9th Avenue near SE 10th and 11th streets, according to the FHP. The road has since cleared.

It’s unclear how the crash happened, which agency was involved or if anyone was injured. However, FHP has confirmed it was not one of their patrol vehicles.
