Lee Niblock (Photo credit: Alachua County) Allegations of battery were brought against City Manager Dr. Lee Niblock, the Marco Island Police Department said Monday. Police received the complaint on Feb. 8, according to Captain David Baer, but details were limited. The investigation was turned over to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Baer said.
