An eyesore sitting at the center of Cape Coral for more than a decade could get a makeover.

City Manager John Szerlag addressed a memo to Cape Coral Mayor Joe Coviello and Council members that offers two options for the old 175-acre golf course on Palm Tree Boulevard.
