A semi-trailer truck overturned Friday, blocking Diplomat Parkway west of Del Prado Boulevard (Photo via Cape Coral Police Department) A semi-trailer truck flipped on its side late Friday morning, blocking westbound Diplomat Parkway at Del Prado Boulevard. Emergency crews were on scene shortly before noon. The truck appears to have been the only vehicle involved. It’s not entirely clear if anyone was hurt, though the truck was resting on the driver’s side. The roadblock is expected to persist until 1 p.m., Cape Coral police said.
