Photo via Rodrigo Lacayo FORT MYERS, Fla. An armed robber hit a payday loan business Friday morning. The robbery took place just after 10 a.m. at Advance America on 3244 S. Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers police said. A man went inside, pretended to ask for a loan, showed a weapon and demanded money from the safe, according to employees. He ran off with an unknown amount of cash, police said. The suspect is a black male wearing a light-colored gray shirt, tan or cream cargo pants and black sneakers, according to police. He appeared to have gray facial hair on his chin.
