FORT MYERS, Fla. Body camera footage was released showing the moments leading up to the arrest of Lee County Commissioner John Manning. John Manning, of District 1, is accused of driving under the influence and hitting a woman’s car and a light pole on Sept. 20. Manning pleaded not guilty. The crash left Justine Maher, of Cape Coral, with minor injuries. Maher intends to press charges for medical expenses and damages to her vehicle.
