Calusa Nature Center’s haunted walk to bring Irma relief

FORT MYERS, Fla. Witches, skeletons and scary characters will be at a local nature center for a good cause.

The Calusa Nature Center’s 33rd Annual Haunted Walk will take place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. every night through Oct. 31 at 3450 Ortiz Avenue.

Tickets cost $15 at the door and all proceeds will help repair damages caused by Hurricane Irma.

“We’re looking forward to getting really healthy and going out there and soliciting some contributions to put it back in working order again,” The Calusa Nature Center’s executive director Larry Aguilar said.
