Fort Myers woman finds family photos left in album at Goodwill

CAPE CORAL, Fla. A Fort Myers resident didn’t just buy a photo album, she bought memories.

Kristina Fullington bought a photo album three months ago at a Goodwill in Cape Coral. She didn’t know it at the time, but inside was another family’s photos.

“They look to be pretty old and they’re somebody’s memories, and I’m sure they would like them,” Fullington said.

The 10 photos show a family celebrating, laughing and sharing special moments. Each photo has something scribbled on the back to help keep the memories alive.

Fullington decided to turn to social media in the hopes of tracking down the family these photos belong to.

“Somebody in that family, I’m sure, would appreciate the memories that I have, that are not mine,” Fullington said.

Fullington will keep the photos until she finds the family.

“I’m sure somebody would like their memories back,” Fullington said.
