Disney cast member arrested, accused of indecent exposure

CLERMONT, Fla. (WKMG) A Disney cast member was arrested Saturday after he masturbated while watching pornography in the customer waiting room of a Clermont car dealership, Lake County deputies said.

Brian Davis, 47, was having his vehicle serviced at the Reed Nissan dealership on East Highway 50 just before 11 a.m. when he began masturbating while watching pornographic videos on his cellphone in the waiting room, deputies said.

A witness told deputies that he saw Davis pull his shirt down over his shorts and touch himself while watching a video on his phone, according to the arrest report. The witness recorded Davis’ actions and later provided deputies with the video, the report said.

Davis told deputies that he knew other people were in the room, but that he had a “sudden urge” and didn’t intend for people to watch him, as he is a “private person,” authorities said.

Deputies asked Davis if they could see the search history on his phone’s browser, to which he agreed. While viewing the history, deputies found 14 search entries on a pornographic website, the report said.

Davis was arrested and charged with indecent exposure of sexual organs, deputies said. He was booked into the Lake County Jail.

He’s been placed on unpaid leave from his job as a cast member pending the outcome of the charges, a Disney spokesperson said.
