Cape pizzeria owner facing child abuse, battery charges

CAPE CORAL, Fla. A 61-year-old man accused of inappropriately touching two young employees was arrested Tuesday, the Cape Coral Police Department said.

Pizza Depot owner Harry Kaltsounis, of Cape Coral, is facing charges of two counts of child abuse and two counts of battery, according to police.

Police responded to a complaint made by the two juvenile employees on June 16 to the pizza shop at 3015 SW Pine Island Road Unit No. 104.

Kaltsounis was later arrested on Oct. 3 at the Pizza Depot, according to police.
