FORT MYERS, Fla. A 56-year-old SalusCare executive had sex with a 17-year-old male Fort Myers High School student, according to a court affidavit.

SalusCare CIO Timothy Parham is free on $60,000 bond following his arrest last week. Fort Myers police found him in his blue Toyota with the student in a wooded area near 3500 Palm Avenue on Feb. 16 after receiving an anonymous tip, the affidavit said.

When police searched Parham’s car, they found a prescription for Cialis, lubrication packets, a bottle of hand lotion, two knives, several $20 bills and his SalusCare ID card, the affidavit said.

Parham admitted having sex with the student but told police he believed the student was 22 years old, the affidavit said.

But the student later told authorities that the second time he and Parham met, his school ID fell out of his pocket and he admitted his real age to Parham, the affidavit said.

The student told police he met Parham through a friend. Parham exchanged messages with the student through the Adam-for-Adam app, and they met in the same wooded area several times, the affidavit said.

The day police found Parham and the student, the student met Parham thinking he was getting a new cellphone in exchange for sexual favors, the affidavit said.
