FORT MYERS, Fla. A 56-year-old SalusCare executive accused of sex with a minor walked out of jail Wednesday after posting $60,000 bond.

Timothy Parham declined comment as he left the Lee County Jail wearing a hooded sweatshirt. He got into a gray Toyota Corrola and was driven away.

Parham, the Chief Information Officer for the nonprofit substance abuse center, is accused of sex with a teen under the age of 18, according to Lee County Sheriff’s Office records. He faces a felony sexual assault charge.

He’s suspended from his position with SalusCare until further notice, SalusCare president Stacey Cook Hawk said.
