3 arrested in North Fort Myers armed home invasion

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. Three men were arrested Thursday for their alleged involvement in an armed home invasion, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said.

The victims were duct-taped and pushed to the ground after Kyle Dufee, 33, of North Fort Myers, Dudley Harrison, 35, of the 18000 block of Rosewood Road in Fort Myers, and Jonathan Pack, 22, of the 7600 block of McDaniel Drive in North Fort Myers, forced their way into a home at 84 Evergreen Road on Wednesday afternoon, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies arrived while the mask-wearing suspects were still at the home, the sheriff’s office said. They fled in a blue Cadillac, the victims told deputies.

It’s unclear where the arrests were made. No address was given for Dufee.

Duffee is in custody facing charges of home invasion robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon and witness tampering. Harrison and Pack are in custody facing charges of home invasion robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon.

Duffee’s bond is set at $130,000, Harrison’s bond is set at $100,000 and Pack’s bond is set at $1,000,000. The men are expected to appear in court Saturday.
